Synopsis
It is the Division II Stonehill College Women’s Lacrosse team in the quest for their first National Championship since 2005. The 2003 team brought the college their first National Title in its history, and this past fall both the 2003 and 2005 teams were inducted into the College Hall of Fame. Over the past 7 years, the athletes have fought to step out from behind the large shadow of the past teams. We will be following the team from their preseason training, to their in season games, and through their post season. We will discover the trials and tribulations of any athletic season, but also what it means to be a female collegiate athlete. Between history and traditions, we will see with the failures and the successes the 2012 team as it fights to create its own place in history.
