Bearded karateka Chuck and his eleven year old student and friend Tam-Tam go to the barbershop, as Chuck discovers gray hair in his beard. But a surprise awaits them there. The terrible Сat Spirit of Wool turned the barber into a cat and now he wants to turn all people into cats. Chuck tries to confront the villain, but the monster is very strong. Friends unite to defeat the monster and save humanity. They are also helped by the talking Comb Hair, who lives in Chuck’s beard!
