Synopsis:
Fabrizio Maiello, a former promising footballer, lays himself bare, describing and showing, step by step, all the events that marked his path from crime to rebirth. He delves into his memories, recalling the emotion of his first kick, a passion that was too strong and that degenerated with the injury. He talks about the crimes he committed, with transparency and shame; he conveys the sensations he felt during his first incarcerations but, above all, he testifies to the hell of the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital. Despite the difficulties of internment, Fabrizio found the people in the Reggio Emilia Forensic Psychiatric Hospital who made him change. Thanks to the trust placed in him by the director, Valeria Calevro, and the prison police, in particular the commander, Vito Bonfiglio, and the deputy chief, Angelo Montisci, Fabrizio began to change, giving up his anger and resentment towards life.
