Synopsis
Vĕra Růžičková, Maria Durovicova – Kovarova, Miloslava Camkova – Misakova, threen gymnastics of the former Cecoslovakia, meet after a long time to tell the long and hard road to enter in the National team that would take part to the 1948 London Olympic Games. The 1948 Olympic Games were the first after the Second World War and have seen a new generation of athletes coming, including those of Czechoslovakia. For two years, qualifing races have been organised in order to select the gymnastic woman national team, where 126 women took part.
