One of the first bike messenger services in Eastern Africa. A group of four bike messengers commits themselves to the start up of this service and with the support of experienced Dutch bike messenger Joeri Scholte, who settles down in Kampala, they try to build up a sustainable business model and organisation structure. Towards the end of Joeri’s three month stay, the future of the “courier business” suddenly seems to live in uncertainty.
