Synopsis:
An autumn sunset. Two men are running along an isolated road. It’s Mario and Steve, they have been training for the New York marathon for weeks. But that evening is not like the others . There’s a weird restlessness in the air. And so a normal training session slowly becomes a challenge, where there can only be a winner and a loser. During their race, the fatigue, the cold, and the lactic acid lead Mario to wonder about himself and Steve; questions that will inevitably lead him to question reality itself, to the point of becoming aware of the fact he’s a moribund, trapped in the wreckage of a crashed car, on the way of his final, real goal.
