Synopsis

It is dedicated to the history of Russian hockey from 1957 to 1967, to the outstanding trio of forwards CSKA Konstantin Loktev, Alexander Almetov and Benjamin Alexandrov. Against chronicles the historical hockey games of this period, the memories of the Innsbruck 1964 Olympic champion Konstantin Loktev, Benjamin Alexandrov’s widow Svetlana Alexandrova, as well as the comments of the writer Alexander Nilin and of the centre-forward of CSKA and two-time Olympic champion Vladimir Petrov. With enormous effort these athletes brought national hockey to an high level.
