Synopsis
“Pelada, Favela´s soccer” portrays the passion of the boys with the ball at his feet, the passion of the fans on the field and the universe that surrounds the everyday life of this kind of soccer. Striking images of the “pelada” are at the basis of an unique work, with remarkable testimonials of champions who came from communities, whose talent was discovered playing “pelada” and conquered the world – a world of challenges surrounded by the ginga of samba, the rap funk and the identity rap.
