Synopsis
How to create a team spirit in an individual sport like cycling? Usually the first races start in February, but for the riders the season begins much earlier, at the end of the year. Each team organizes a big camp with all their riders. It’s a fundamental moment as it’s the only time of the year when all riders of the same team can meet together. The point is not about performance, but much more about team spirit and building it. The meeting usually stays secret, doors are closed for medias. Now, for the first time in its history, the Alberto Contador’s Tinkoff Saxo team accepted that the Eurosport cameras filmed this key moment.
