Synopsis
It is the story about the three friends, Sergey, Denis and Oleg, their sporting rivalry in rowing in the early 1980es and about the situation in the sport in our days. It is narrated from Oleg’s point of view: he is the one who had a great sports career, winning the Olympic Games, travelling a lot and working as a coach in different countries. Now, he has decided to come back to his homeland and what he discovers surprise him: the most popular and old rowing clubs are closed. He tries to solve the situation coming to his rowing club and candidating himself as coach.
