Synopsis
A story of a canoeing expedition shooting down the rapids of untamed rivers in the totally deserted country of glacial mountains separating the coastline of south-eastern Alaska from Canada. The attempt is to conquer the range of peaks of the Coast Mountains between British Columbia and Alaska along the Hackett, Shesley and Taku rivers on which once upon a time native Indian tribes used to trade and where some 120 years ago also locals suffering great losses used to go down to reach the newly discovered gold deposit sites around Klondike. In 2014 Czechoslovakian’s team decided to undertaken this difficult expedition trying to abide by the past’s habit without any kind of comforts, technology and planes.
