SYNOPSYS:
Only one long jumper took part in five Olympic Games: the legendary athlete Igor Ter-Ovanesyan. Then Igor was young men, he competed with Ralf Boston, Lynn Davies, Bob Beamon and different stars of track and field. For millions peoples Ter-Ovanesyan was sport idol. “Sport and everything I did – are they compatible with the main tenets of Christianity? Passion, physical beauty, which were revered since antiquity and without which the professional sports cannot exist, all of that can be considered sin from Christian point of view”.
