Synopsis:
Every year in Italy more than 100 people are hit by avalanches while in the high mountains. In 2014, one of these in 2014 hit Dario Tubaldo, a Lombard director and filmmaker, while he was filming a documentary on snowboard mountaineering, leaving him miraculously unharmed. Ten years later ‘La mia Valanga’ is the story of Dario’s return to the site of the accident to reflect on the mountain, its risks and its beauty, accompanied by old and new friends.
