Synopsis:
In the darkest moments of Italian history, the unforgettable cycling champion Gino Bartali saved hundreds of Jews by carrying false identity documents hidden in the frame of his bicycle. Sixty years later, Bartali’s bicycle becomes the instrument and symbol of David’s cycling victory, an intelligent and sensitive Jewish boy, a determined athlete who accepts the challenge of winning alongside his Arab friend Ibrahim, breaking the rules but bringing about the triumph of peace and tolerance between their communities.
