Synopsis:

Freediving under ice is an extreme discipline, practiced in harsh environmental conditions and requiring great concentration and endurance. In this work, athletes and the founding father of Russian freediving take on the challenge of diving in some of Russia’s coldest and most evocative places. Each dive becomes a direct confrontation with the power of nature and, at the same time, with their own personal limits. From the majestic Lake Baikal to the remote White Sea, to the icy waters of Lake Lama, athletes push themselves beyond the simple sport, transforming freediving into an experience of discovery and resilience.
