The city of Budva in Montenegro host – from September 18 to 21, 2025 – the third edition of “Budva Sports and Arts Film Festival (BSAFF) – Montenegro International FICTS Festival” phase of the “World FICTS Challenge”. The Festival will be opened by the video message of the FICTS President Prof Franco Ascani.
Prestigious guests and Olympic and Paralympic champions attended the Ceremony.
The event is organized by Extreme Production directed by Mr Miloš Todorović in collaboration with the Municipality of Budva and the Montenegrin Olympic Committee (COK), FICTS – Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs.

FICTS General Secretary Enzo Cappiello will be present at the Opening Ceremony.
“This is precisely the mission of our festival: to unite sport, art, and cinema into a single entity,” added Todorović. In addition to the film (more than 1,100 films from 20 countries have been registered), additional content is planned: two roundtables with guests from the world of sport and film, on the topic of the future of the film industry and the role of sport in culture and art.
“Two debates are planned in which experts and guests from the world of sport and film will discuss the future of the film industry and the role of sport in culture and art. It will be an opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences, and inspiring ideas,” said Todorović.
At the final ceremony, festival awards will be presented in seven categories: Best Film (Grand Prix), Best Short Film, Best Medium-Length Film, and Best Feature-Length Documentary, Best Screenplay, Best Director, and Film with the Greatest Educational Potential,” Todorovic said.
He announced that the organizer will also award lifetime achievement awards to sports legends.
This year, lifetime achievement awards will be presented to Vlado Šćepanović, Dragoljub Kopitović, Vladimir Grbić, Maja Savić, Maja Poljak, Ljubomir Radanović, Goran Radjenović, and extreme photographer Predrag Vučković.
