Different themes have emerged such as the Olympic culture which represents a beacon of reference for the affirmation of the sporting ideal and its moral values. Sport, recognized as a “universal heritage”, must be preserved as an instrument of human dignity. Olympism enhances the qualities of the body, will and spirit and has a crucial role in the education and development of collective consciousness.

Topics of interest include the Olympic and Paralympic Games as events of great media impact essential for promoting tolerance and understanding between different cultures, creating a lifestyle based on commitment, educational example and respect for universal ethical principles.

Events such as “SPORT MOVIES & TV” Final of the 20 phases of the “World FICTS Challenge 2024” and the major sports competitions attracted the attention of the speakers.

E-sports that generate significant economic revenues and promote investment in infrastructure while leaving a lasting legacy for host communities.

An important role was assigned to the theme of young people and their involvement in educational projects such as “Generation 2026 – Sport powered by youth and education”, a tangible example of how Olympic Values can inspire and transform Society, putting young people at the center of change.

The significant focus is the link between sport, cinema and new technologies, in particular artificial intelligence and its use in sport to optimize athletes’ performance, improve game strategies, assist referees, reshape training and prevent injuries and, in film, innovate screenwriting, improve dubbing and subtitling processes, educate young people and create a deeper connection with fans.

The growth of digital technologies has in fact allowed sport and cinema to become a global phenomenon, accessible to billions of people and the speakers unanimously recognized the precious role of the International Observatory of Artificial Intelligence in Sports and Cinema which represents a bridge between the past and the future and promotes innovation and global collaboration by enhancing the cultural heritage of sport and cinema.
