Borg vs McEnroe: the “Challenge of the century” on the big screen

“Borg vs McEnroe”, the story of a sport rivalry become legendary, arrives on the big screen. The film, at the cinema in September, tells the Wimbledon men’s final of 1980 that marked the history of tennis. An epic rivalry and timeless: on the field faced John McEnroe, a boy from New York with frizzy hair and with fiery soul and Bjorn Borg, four-time Swedish champion, with longhaired. The right-handed against left-handed, the defender against the forward, the Swedish ice against the American fire, the machine against the brilliant madness. The film (directed by Janus Metz Pedersen), which will have Shia LaBeouf as McEnroe and Sverrir Gudnason as Borg, has been invited to participate in “out of competition” to “Sport Movies & Tv 2017” scheduled in Milano from November 15^th to 20^th.
