CINEFOOT – INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL FESTIVAL: IN BRAZIL THE FICTS FESTIVAL DEDICATED TO FOOTBALL

Rio de Janeiro will host from 23^rd to 28^th May the fourth edition of “Cinefoot – International Football Film Festival” (www.cinefoot.org) the first in its category in Brazil and Latin America as it is about audiovisuals which has as main theme the greatest Brazilian sports passion, the football.

The itinerant Festival directed by Antonio Leal is organised – in the framework of the Worldwide Championship of Cinema, Sport and Television “World FICTS Challenge” – by Conexao Culturale and by Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos de Festivais Audiovisuais (IBEFEST). The Espaço Itaú de Cinema, Praia de Botafogo and at CCJF-Centro Cultural Justiça Federal will be the seats of the Festival. There will be 33 works selected by the Jury coming from Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Argentina, Sweden, US, Spain, Japan, Switzerland, Portugal, Poland, Brazil and Argentina. The winning works will compete in the Section “Movies & Tv Football” in Milano, at “Sport Movies & Tv 2013” from 4^th to 8^th December.
