In the collective imagination, who has left – most of all – the sign in the races (even on screen), were the two myths Steve McQueen and Paul Newman (Member of “FICTS Hall of Fame”) who worked together in other films, among which, “Somebody up there likes me” directed by Robert Wise. The film, a 1956 American drama film based on the life of middleweight boxing legend Rocky Graziano, is currently on top of the challenge among the winners of the Academy Awards winners of all time launched by FICTS – Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs, joined with 116 Member Countries (chaired by Prof. Franco Ascani Member of IOC Commission for Culture and Olympic Heritage) and recognized by the International Olympic Committee for which it promotes the values of sport through footages.
