ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH (AT 6 P.M.), “Palazzo Lombardia” (P.zza Lombardia 1 – Milan) will open the doors to Sport, Cinema, Television and Culture for the delivery of “Guirlande d’Honneur“, “Mention d’Honneur” and “Special Prizes” (International Jury presided by Dr. Carlo Bozzali) to the winners of “SPORT MOVIES & TV 2017 – 35TH MILAN INTERNATIONAL FICTS FEST” (www.sportmoviestv.com) Final of of the Cinema, Television, Culture and Sports Communication Championships. The event is organized by the FICTS – Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs, which is attended by 116 Nations (chaired by Prof. Franco Ascani IOC Member for Culture and Olympic Heritage Commission) recognized by the International Olympic Committee for which it promotes the values of sport through pictures.
The “Award Ceremony” of 8 competitive Sections will start with the initial greeting by Prof. Franco Ascani, President FICTS, and representatives of the Institutions.

During the evening, the exhibitions of the Expo dei Popoli, of the Musical Complex of the Arma del Comando dei Carabinieri, of Sports Dances curated by Carol Alberio and the Danzamania Association.
A wide participation at national and international level, a critical success and audience, in the presence of sports champions, Institutional and Sports Authorities, international producers and directors, characterized the 35th edition of “SPORT MOVIES & TV 2017” articulated in 140 Projections selected from 63 Countries, 25 World and European Previews, 30 Hours of Exclusive Olympic Images, 55 Sports Disciplines, 900 Champions on the screens, 200 Directors and Producers, 210 Accredited Journalists, 102 Broadcasters involved, 6 Exhibitions, 8 Meetings, 2 Workshops, 2 Press Conferences, 10 Collateral Events distributed in 10 Headquarters of the City in collaboration with cultural, academic and sports organizations, 23 International Guest Awards with the collaboration of Sergio Bonelli Editore. 85 Production Houses and 64 Network Televisions have created the 2017 edition through documentaries, reportage, TV commercials, fiction, cartoons, etc. for a total of 102 hours divided into 10 sections.
