The flag bearer of Belgium Team in 2016 Rio Olympic Games, the Belgian sprinter Olivia Borlée, gold medal in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, will open the second edition of the “Brussels & Wallonie SPORT E-MOTIONS 2016 – International FICTS Festival” on October 3rd at “Village Culturel Wolubilis” in Brussels (Belgium). The Festival, directed by Philippe Soetens, promoted by FICTS and organized by Panathlon Wallonie-Bruxelles presided by Dr Philippe Housiaux, is inserted in the “World FICTS ChallengeWorld Championship of Television, Cinema, Communication and Sport Culture. Alongside the film screenings, numerous other activities will also be offered during the Festival, in order to encourage the spread of sport’s finest values and emotions and to help stimulate reflections on the subject. The Festival will take place in three cities of Belgium: Wolubilis (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert), at the Cinéma Le Parc in Charleroi, the fourth Belgian city situated in the Hainaut Provence as well as in Liege at “Cité Miroir”, an impressive cultural space which will host exhibitions, debates, shows, etc. More info on www.panathlon.be.
