Prof. Franco Ascani was re-elected by a unanimous decision President of the FICTS – Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs for four-year term 2016-2019. This is the response of the four-year period FICTS Congress are the Ugandan Dr Andrew Patrick Luwandagga and the Uzbek Sabir Ruziev. During the Congress were elected the new Members of the four Permanent FICTS Commissions: Festival, Communication and Marketing, Market rights television and movies and Youth, Education And Culture.
