The city of Lipetsk (Russia) will host, from September 24th to 27th, the “10th Atlant International FICTS Festival” organized in the framework of the Worldwide Championship of Cinema and Sport Television “World FICTS Challenge” – by the FICTS in collaboration with the “New Cinematoghaph Company” directed by Nikolay Porokhovink General Director of the event.


The Festival is supported by Council of Europe, Ministry of the Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of Russia, Department of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism of Lipetsk Region, the Administration of Lipetsk Region. The Festival will be articulated in projections, workshop, conventions, meeting with the presence of the main television channels among which Channel One, the first channel in Russia.

Documentary and feature cinema and TV-films, and TV programmes within the Festival’s topical area will be selected. The films should be produced not earlier than January 1, 2010 in English, German, French, Spanish or Russian language, and presented on DVD (in 2 copies of high quality!) by July 25, 2013.

Films produced in different languages, should be attached with dialogue lists in English, German, French, Spanish or Russian, and the filled Entry Form should be enclosed to every film.

The films will be estimated by an international Jury. The best films will receive the following prizes:

  • Atlant” statuette prize and a Special Diploma in the ‘Best Feature Film’ nomination.
  • Atlant” statuette prize and a Special Diploma in the ‘Sports and Person’ nomination.
  • Atlant” statuette prize and a Special Diploma in the ‘Loyalty to the Olympic Charter’ nomination.
  • Atlant” statuette prize and  a Special Diploma in the ‘Sports and Society’ nomination.

In each nomination, two diplomas are also awarded. A separate award is ‘For Great Contribution to the Sports Cinematography.’ Companies and sponsors will present their own cash prizes in the nominations.
