Fifteen days left (31 July 2016) to the mandatory closing submissions for the sports productions to “SPORT MOVIES & TV 2016 – 34th Milano International FICTS Fest” is the Final of the “SPORT E-MOTIONS World FICTS ChallengeChampionship of Television, Cinema, Sport, Culture and Communication (articulated in 18 Festivals around the 5 Continents) scheduled in Milano (Italy), from 16th to 21st November . The event – through “FICTS is Culture through sport” slogan – is organized by FICTS – Federation Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs, joined with 114 Member Countries (chaired by Prof. Franco Ascani Member of “IOC Commission for Culture and Olympic Heritage”) and recognized by the International Olympic Committee for which it promotes the values of sport through footages. The “Entry Form” is available at https://wcpapp.wcpmediaservices.com/wcpApp/free/festival/festivalForm. The only exception is for the “movies” about 2016 Rio Olympic Games. The International Jury accepts the participant productions by September 30th instead of July 31st 2016.

The event is a considerable “world showcase” for Networks, media, broadcastings, houses of productions, producers, directors, filmmakers, Olympic Committees, advertising and integrated communication agencies, that will show the whole universe of cinema and sport television through spot, reportages, fiction, cartoon, etc. There are 7 competitive Sections. The selected  movies will be showed and insert in the Official Festival Catalogue and on the new FICTS website www.sportmoviestv.com, it will be published the full record and the entire trailer. The seventeenth century Palazzo Giureconsulti, in the hearth of Milano (in Piazza DUOMO), will be the “Core business” of the event (entrance by invitation upon necessary confirmation http://sportmoviestv.net/en/registration-form/)  is articulated into Projections (till now 29 worldwide and European premieres, etc. in 6 points of projections), 4 Meetings, 2 Workshop, 4 Exhibitions, 2 Press Conference, 30 Awards of international guests, 20 Side Events distributed in different locations around Milano in collaboration with sports and cultural organizations. The International Jury (Honorary President Dr. Carlo Bozzali), composed by exponents of cinema, television, media, sport and culture coming from Countries that don’t participate to the Festival, will assign “Guirlande d’Honneur”, “Oscar of Cinema and Sport Television”, “Mention d’Honneur”, “Special Awards” for each 7 Sections.
