FIGC, AC MILAN E FC INTER TOGETHER FOR “SPORT MOVIES & TV 2013”

Soccer will be the protagonist not only on the screen at “Sport Movies & Tv – 31^st Milano International FICTS Fest” scheduled in Milano (Italy) from 4^th to 8^th December, is the Final of 14 Festivals of the Worldwide Championship of Cinema and Sport Television “World FICTS Challenge”, carried out in the 5 Continents.

Dr Giancarlo Abete, President of the FIGC – Italian Football Federation and UEFA V President. – gives patronage to the event “because the FICTS further promotes football and its values ​​of universality through two means of mass communication such as television and the cinema”.

The two football teams of Milano, A.C. Milan and F.C. Inter took the field in support of cultural and social values ​​of sport through television and cinema. The V. Chairman and CEO Adriano Galliani for Milan (the most successful club in the world) and the General Manager Mr. Marco Fassone for Inter (only Italian team in scoring in 2010 the “treble”) informed the granting of patronage of their associations which confirms the great interest of the two club for an event with an international dimension which is “Sport Movies & Tv”.

Among the international star of football that will attend to “Sport Movies & Tv 2013” has confirmed his presence former footballer of Barcelona and the Bulgarian National team Hristo Stoichkov. On Wednesday December 4^th during the “Opening Ceremony” (at 6 p.m.) to be held at the Auditorium Testori of Regione Lombardia (Piazza Lombardia corner Via Melchiorre Gioia 37), he will award with the “Guirlande d’Honneur”, the highest honor of the FICTS “assigned  to those personalities of sport, tv, cinema and journalism whom played a significant role in the promotion of the cultural and ethical values of sports”.
