MATERA (ITALY): CINEMA, SPORT AND CULTURE: “3 MATERA INTERNATIONAL FICTS FESTIVAL” FROM 31 MAY TO 2 JUNE

Matera, the “Stone city” (recognized a World Heritage site by UNESCO) nomine as “2019 European Capital of Culture” will host, from 31^st May to 2^nd June, the third edition of “Matera International FICTS Festival”. The event is organized, in the framework of the World Championship of Cinema and sport Television “World FICTS Challenge”, by the Matera Virtus sports Association.

During the event will be in program, inside of the suggestive atmosphere of the “Stone neighborhood”, besides the projections, side events with protagonists the young people and the international Congress “Sport and cultural programmes for the European Capital of Culture”.

The “Opening Ceremony” will be held on 30 may at “CAsa Cava” at presence of prestigious guests. The “Award Ceremony” will be held on June 2^nd at “Casa Cava”.
