Officially opened the second edition of the “Brussels & Wallonie SPORT E-MOTIONS 2016 – International FICTS Festival” at “Village Culturel Wolubilis” in Brussels (Belgium). 

Together with 300 young people were attended: Dr Fadila Laanan Minister-President of Youth, Sport and Culture of Francophone Parliament in Brussels, Dr Philippe Housiaux President of Panathlon Wallonie-Bruxelles, Dr Eric Bott DéFI Deputy of Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, Dr Kole Gjeloshaj (International Sports Federation Senior Manager in Education as well as Protocol & Academic activities in Universities).

The FICTS President Prof. Franco Ascani awarded the flag bearer of Belgium Team in 2016 Rio Olympic Games, the Belgian sprinter Olivia Borlée (in the picture), gold medal in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

The Festival, inserted in the “World FICTS Challenge” World Championship of Television, Cinema, Communication and Sport Culture with the main theme “Sport, the Spirit of Humanity” takes place in three cities of Belgium: Wolubilis (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert), at the Cinéma Le Parc in Charleroi, the fourth Belgian city situated in the Hainaut Provence as well as in Liege at “Cité Miroir”, an impressive cultural space which will host exhibitions.

The “Award Ceremony” will take place on October 5th at “Village Culturel Wolubilis” in Brussels. The winners of the Festival will participate to “Sport Movies & Tv 2016 – 34th Milano International FICTS Fest”, the Final scheduled in Milan (Italy) from 16th to 21st November.
