The optimist” (Norway) directed by Gunhild Magnor has been the movie that won in the Section “Women and Sport”. A documentary about an unusual volleyball team in Hamar, Norway, with ladies aged from 66 to 98. Now they are up for their first match, after 30 years of training.

Nager au-delà des frontières” produced by Gedeon Programmes in collaboration with France Télévisions/Thalassa won in “Sport for All” Section. It is the story of Philippe Croizon, a man worn by his family (his parents, his wife, his doctor, his friends) and the deep friendship that binds him to his teammate Arnau. In the Section “Technology of sport image” won the film “Belgian Mountains” (Belgium) directed by Arnaud Uyttenhove and produced by Belgian Olympic Committee: to support the Belgian athletes who will compete in Sochi, BBDO Belgium created a TV spot with a group of snowboarders led by Seppe Smits (multiple World Championship medalist) boarding across the flat landscape of Belgium. The winners of the Festival will be in competition in “Exsport Movies & Tv 2015” Final of 16 Festivals of the “World FICTS Challenge” Worldwide Championship of Cinema, Television, communication and sport culture that will be held in Milano (Italy) from 27 October to 1 November 2015.
