FICTS, as “International Federation of Sport Broadcasters”, launches the Program “Tv Sport Emotions – The best tv sport channel of the world aw”, a circuit of Meetings and Forum, in conjunction with the Festivals of the “World FICTS Challenge”, in order to study the new trends of sports content in TV channels through annual international appointments. FICTS, through well-known brand in the audiovisual industry and of the International New Media, has promoted different sector action together with Tv Sports Channels to which joined the most important Television International Associations. The initiatives of the FICTS, with specific programs for sport and the sports world, records a wide participation with significant prospects for the future under the slogan “Culture through Sport” and make the business a international showcase for media, broadcasters, worldwide networks, radios, film studios, Olympic Committees and Sports Federations, advertising and communication agencies. Beijing (China), Kazan (Rep. of Tatarstan – Russia) and Milano (Italy) will host the main appointments of the Program.
FICTS, through “TV SPORT EMOTIONS AWARD – The best Tv Sport Channel of the world”, aims to spread the knowledge and diffusion of sport movies and videos that, in different languages and different production forms, contribute to the development of the artistic and cultural tendencies in the TV world and movies. The aims of this event are: promoting the quality of sports images; encouraging producers to broadcast their images; bringing about the meeting and co-operation of those who work creatively in sport broadcasting; stimulating and spreading the study, discussion and knowledge of creative and cultural issues related to these media; to represent and protect the rights of national and international broadcasters as points of reference for the audiovisual industry for both Tv and New Media; to increase the visibility of Sports Channels and New Media all over the world. “TV SPORTS EMOTION AWARD” is open to all television programs inspired to sport or having sport in all its different expressions and manifestations as their main topic. The Award will be assigned after a vote on the FICTS website www.sportmoviestv.com on one of three following three Sections: (1 – “Tv sports channel of the year; 2 – “Tv personality of the year”; 3 – “Sport spirit and values of a television programme”).
